Hi-Tide Recordings has announced Go-Time - an expansive new imprint to offer rock ’n’ roll, country, garage & more.

The first signing is Ichi-Bons from Toronto, ON, whose debut EP released on the Hi-Tide label in 2023. Since then, the band has thrilled audiences around the globe supporting Jack White, The Damned, The 5.6.7.8's, Messer Chups & more, with festival appearances at Viva Las Vegas Rockabilly Weekend (USA), Rockin’ Race Jamboree (Spain) & Hi-Tide Summer Holiday (USA).

“It’s time for a new sound,” says co-founder Vincent Minervino.
“We are thrilled that Hi-Tide Recordings & Nu-Tone have captured unique audiences these last few years," adds co-founder Magdalena O'Connell. "As our artists evolve and we take new partnerships, it feels like the right time to widen the scope, again.”
Hi-Tide Recordings is an international record label group and lifestyle brand based in Freehold, New Jersey, USA. Founders Minervino and O’Connell started out in 2014 as fans, event producers & performers of surf & exotica music, and have grown the label into the global leader of the genre. In 2022, the brand expanded with the addition of Nu-Tone, specializing in cinematic funk, Latin, soul & more. The label group is currently distributed by The Orchard, a division of Sony Music.
“We’ve had so much great music hit our inbox that just didn’t fit into either label,” explains O’Connell. “It’s been exciting to reimagine the possibilities with the launch of Go-Time - and we can’t wait to tell you more.”
