SoCal combo The Scimitars has announced highly-anticipated debut LP “Desert Tales” - out July 26 from Hi-Tide Recordings.
The 11-track journey to where the crashing waves meet the ancient sands follows debut 45 “Damascus Steel / Bari Simone” from 2023, and arrives just in time for the band’s appearances at Surf Guitar 101 Festival in Los Angeles and Tiki Oasis in San Diego this summer.
Renowned Mexico City-based illustrator Dr. Alderete created the stunning album art.
